Scope: This notice applies to website visits, transfer quotations/bookings, telephone or WhatsApp communication and delivery of transfer services. Any explicit consent is requested separately from this notice.

1. Data categories, purposes and legal grounds

Identity and contact data

Name, telephone number, email and communication preferences are processed to answer requests, prepare a quotation, form and perform the contract and provide customer support under KVKK Article 5/2(c); to manage legal claims under 5/2(e); and to maintain service security and continuity under 5/2(f), without harming fundamental rights.

Booking and travel data

Flight number, date/time, pick-up/drop-off location, accommodation, passenger/luggage numbers and vehicle choice are processed for pricing, vehicle/driver planning and service delivery under Article 5/2(c).

Financial and legal-transaction data

Payment, invoice and transaction records are processed for tax/accounting duties under Article 5/2(ç), and for contract or dispute management under Articles 5/2(c) and 5/2(e).

Transaction-security data

IP address, access time, requested page, browser/device data and security logs are processed to secure the website, prevent abuse and comply with law under Articles 5/2(ç) and 5/2(f).

Special-category accessibility data

Wheelchair or accessibility information that may reveal health data is processed only when voluntarily supplied, necessary to arrange a suitable and safe vehicle, and covered by separate explicit consent under Article 6/3(a). Safeguards required by the KVKK Board are applied.

Marketing data

Promotional messages are sent only with separate prior consent under Article 5/1, Law No. 6563 and İYS rules. Service communications are not repurposed for marketing.

If you choose WhatsApp, use Google Maps/Places or web-font functions, or activate YouTube, contact content or technical data such as IP and device information may be transferred to providers abroad. Transfers rely on the applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguard or occasional-transfer condition under Article 9; where unavailable, risks are explained and explicit consent is obtained.

4. Collection methods

Data is collected directly from you through online forms and page interactions by automated means, through server/security logs by automated means, and through telephone/WhatsApp communications or documents as non-automated processing forming part of a filing system. Where data is obtained from another person, notice is provided within the periods required by the KVKK Notice Communiqué.

5. Rights under Article 11

You may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; learn domestic/foreign recipients; request correction; request deletion or destruction where conditions apply and notification of those steps to recipients; object to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

6. Application procedure

Apply in writing to the address above; by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature; or by using an email address previously notified to and registered in our system. Include name, surname, signature for written applications, Turkish identity number or passport/foreign identity number, service address, notification email if any, and the request. Proportionate identity verification may be requested.

Applications are answered free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days; the Board tariff may apply where additional cost arises. If the response is insufficient or late, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within the periods in KVKK Article 14.
