This policy covers the website, quotation and booking forms, telephone and WhatsApp communications, and the planning and delivery of transfer services.
2. Data we may process
- Name, telephone number, email address and communication preferences.
- Flight number, date and time, pick-up/drop-off locations, accommodation, passenger and luggage numbers and vehicle preference.
- Wheelchair or accessibility information voluntarily provided to arrange a suitable vehicle.
- Enquiry and communication content, service history and dispute records.

- Financial details required by law when an invoice or statutory record must be issued.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, form and perform the transfer contract, assign a vehicle and driver, provide customer support, complete accounting, secure the service, manage legal claims and comply with law. The principal KVKK grounds are Articles 5/2(c), 5/2(ç), 5/2(e) and, without harming fundamental rights, 5/2(f). Marketing is carried out only with separate prior consent under Article 5/1, Law No. 6563 and the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) rules.
4. Accessibility information
Wheelchair or accessibility information may reveal health-related data. It is processed only to prepare a suitable and safe vehicle, after making clear that it is voluntary and obtaining separate explicit consent under KVKK Article 6/3(a). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Cookies and external services
Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used for security, sessions and essential functions. Google Maps/Places on booking pages, YouTube when you activate a video, WhatsApp links, web fonts or security/CDN services may process technical data such as IP address and device information under their own terms. Non-essential cookies or tracking are activated only after the required notice and preference/consent mechanism is provided.
6. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with authorised staff; the driver or vehicle supplier assigned to the transfer; hosting, security and booking-system providers; accounting and legal advisers; and legally authorised public authorities. Use of providers established abroad, including WhatsApp, Google or YouTube, is based on an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguard or occasional-transfer condition under KVKK Article 9; where none applies, the required explicit consent is obtained.
7. Retention
Booking, contract, payment and accounting records are retained for applicable tax, commercial and limitation periods; quotation and communication records for the time needed to close the request and manage possible disputes; and security logs for the period required by security needs and law. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Security
Risk-appropriate measures include access restrictions, updates, backups, incident monitoring and service-provider controls. Absolute security of internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your rights
You may exercise your KVKK Article 11 rights by applying in writing to the address above. Required application details are set out in the KVKK Information Notice. You may withdraw commercial-message consent through the same channel or İYS at any time.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated when processing activities or law change. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
